Tower of Justice

The Tower of Justice is a prominent structure located within the Topkapı Palace grounds. Standing next to a latticed window on the far wall of the first chamber of the Kubbealtı (the Imperial Council Chamber), this tower served as the private observation point from which the sultan would discreetly monitor the Divan’s meetings.
